1. How soon can I use my phone to make a call?
   Performance is similar to your wall plug charger. That means in many cases a call can be placed within 30 seconds of activating the Energizer_® Energi To Go_®  on a completely discharged battery. Wireless phone models with robust multimedia applications may require up to 15 minutes to activate on a completely discharged battery.
   
   
2. Can I charge PDAs/Blackberries with the Energi To Go_® Portable Power For Cell Phones?
   You can use the Energi To Go_® Portable Power For Cell Phones to charge most PDAs, Blackberries and other  smart phones and multimedia devices.  Performance is similar to your wall plug charger when the Energizer_® Energi To Go_® Portable Power For Cell Phones is used with Energizer_®Ultimate Lithium AA batteries. Some wireless phone models with robust multimedia applications may require up to 15 minutes before a call can be placed.
   
   
3. How long does it take to charge?
   Similarly to a wall plug adapter, it should take approximately two hours to charge.
   
   
4. How many hours of talk time can I get from a single charge?
   As with all device applications, battery performance will be determined by usage and varies by phone. In general, two fresh Energizer_® Ultimate Lithium AA batteries can provide up to 3 to 9 hours of talk time or will completely charge a dead cell phone battery.
   
   
5. Can I use alkaline AA batteries with the Energizer_® Energi To Go_® Portable Power For Cell Phones?
   Yes, but performance with Energizer_® Ultimate Lithium AA batteries is up to 3 times more effective than regular alkaline batteries. Two fresh Energizer_® Ultimate Lithium AA batteries can provide up to 3 to 9 hours of talk time or will completely charge a dead cell phone battery.
   
   
6. How many charges can I get from a single set of batteries?
   As with all device applications, battery performance will be determined by usage and varies by phone. A completely dead cell phone battery will, on average, completely charge with two fresh Energizer_® Ultimate Lithium AA batteries. A partially depleted cell phone battery can be topped off several times before depleting the Energizer_® Ultimate Lithium AA batteries.
   
   
7. How do I know when my cell phone is fully charged?
   In general, the phone power indicator will behave similarly with the Energizer_® Energi To Go^® Portable Power for Cell Phones as it does when plugged in to a wall outlet.
   
   
8. Can I use different manufacturer connectors with the same charger?
   Energizer has performed extensive testing on the connectors packed into Energizer_® Energi To Go^® Portable Power For Cell Phones to ensure safety and performance. We can not guarantee the same level of quality in other manufacturers’ connectors and therefore do not recommend using anything other than connectors sold with Energizer_® Energi To Go^® Portable Power For Cell Phones.
   
   
9. Can I store my batteries inside the Energizer_®  Energi To Go_®  Portable Power For Cell Phones?
   Before and after charging, you may keep your batteries stored inside the Energi To Go_® Portable Power For Cell Phones. We do recommend removing the batteries from the charger when not in use for extended periods of time.
   
   
   
10. How do I know which connector works with my phone?
    Visit a participating retailer to find the Energi To Go _® Portable Power For Cell Phones package labeled with your phone’s manufacturer. Use the TRY ME feature incorporated into each package to find the connector that works with your phone.
